Are there any enrollment costs or hidden fees? There are no hidden costs or fees involved with the TrafficZ program and no binding, time constraining contracts. The amount of revenue you earn is based on the performance and traffic of your domain portfolio.

What are the minimum requirements for opening an account with TrafficZ? Enrollment with TrafficZ is approved on an account by account basis and at the sole discretion of TrafficZ personnel. We ask that potential clients provide substantial domain portfolio information so that accounts may be approved in a timely fashion. Quality of domain names and the amount of traffic to the domain portfolio are taken into consideration when considering application approval.

Who are TrafficZ's upstream providers? TrafficZ maintains partnerships with Yahoo/MSN, along with several other providers to fully monetize all domains.

Am I required to use the TrafficZ nameservers? Clients are required to utilize the TrafficZ name servers for several reasons. There is some level of latency when domains are simply redirected to us; therefore, end users may take longer to arrive at our site and others may not arrive at all. Our infrastructure is fully redundant, so our clients can be fully assured that users get to their domains and have a rewarding experience when utilizing our name servers. In short, they are required to use this method for the purposes of speed and reliability.

How often are statistics updated in the Domain Manager? Domain statistics are updated in near real-time and verified nightly when confirmation is received from TrafficZ's upstream providers.

How much will I earn with TrafficZ? How much you will earn with TrafficZ is dependent on several factors including traffic to your account, the relevancy of end users' search, and the CPC of relevant terms. TrafficZ payouts are competitive with other parking services and our clients agree that pages parked with us generate a higher click-through percentage. TrafficZ features a number or tools available to clients for optimization purposes, Search Engine Optimization and superior customer service. These factors will also play into your TrafficZ earnings.

What monetization models are available? TrafficZ offers dynamic monetization models specific to your parking needs. -PPC (Pay per click. Clients get paid when a user clicks an ad.) -CPA (Cost per Action. Clients get paid when a user completes an action.) -Zero-Click (Zero Click generates revenue by directing traffic straight to an advertiser’s site.) -Rich Content (Rich Content allows clients to create robust sites with relevant information for end-users.)

What compensation programs are available? TrafficZ is pleased to offer clients a dynamic revenue share compensation option. By default, all new TrafficZ clients receive a dynamic revenue share whereby a client's revenue share automatically increases when the gross CPC Revenue to TrafficZ, generated by the client's account, meets certain pre-defined and confidential thresholds. The default base revenue share is 50 percent. Although clients' revenue shares may increase, their revenue shares will never fall below their base revenue share. Also available to TrafficZ clients is a flat revenue share option. With this payment method a client's revenue share remains static. Clients are paid a fixed rate of their gross revenue regardless of their domain's traffic-conversion rate.

What payment options are available? TrafficZ offers payment to domain owners via company check or Paypal; ACH payments, a method of direct deposit, are available to domestic clients only. Payment by wire-transfer is available to all clients earning an amount in excess of $5,000 per month and international clients.

When do I receive payment from TrafficZ? All payments from TrafficZ are issued Net 7. Net 7 means that at the end of each calendar month, revenue is issued to clients within 7 days (given the minimum revenue has been generated on the account). TrafficZ reserves the right to delay payment to clients until it has received compensation from its upstream providers.

What is the minimum payment amount? TrafficZ issues payment to clients on a monthly basis, given their account has generated at least $25.00 USD. This amount may be increased per the client's discretion by emailing our Client Relations department at support@trafficZ.com.

Can I transfer my TrafficZ account to another person? Transferring your TrafficZ account to another person violates the member Terms of Service.

What tax-related information do I need to submit to TrafficZ? It is the responsibility of each client to understand and adhere to all applicable local, state, federal and or foreign tax laws. If you are approved to participate in our program, TrafficZ is required by the U.S. IRS to collect certain information from you for tax purposes. Upon acceptance into our program, U.S. clients will be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9. International clients will need to submit either a completed IRS Form W-8 or Certification of No U.S. Activities. Please note, we are not tax professionals. If you are unsure of the appropriate form applicable to your situation, please contact a tax professional for advice.

Does TrafficZ monetize trademark domains? TrafficZ only monetizes trademark domains for clients that own the trademark in question. Monetization of any trademark domains not owned by the client is against the terms of service for use of the TrafficZ monetization system.

Does TrafficZ Accept IDN Domains? Yes, TrafficZ accepts all types of Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) on our system. IDNs are domain names or Web addresses, represented by local language characters.

What is TrafficZ? TrafficZ is one of the oldest and experienced domain parking and monetization companies in the business today. I own domains. Do they qualify? AdToolz is specifically designed for pages that are built out into functioning websites. If you own a domain that is built out into a mini site and receives sizeable traffic, please submit the domain for evaluation. Please utilize TrafficZ's parking platform for any names that are not developed.

What is Content Match? Content Match is when an end user arrives at your website and is presented with ads displayed on your site based on the content of your site. This is also known as contextual advertising or text ads.

What is Qualified Search? Qualified Search is when an end user types a search term into a search engine and selects your website from the search results listed. Ads are then displayed on your site's homepage based on the end user's original search.

Do I have to apply for each search function separately? No. Once you are approved, your domain(s) automatically opt into each search function. Each function is triggered depending on the end user's action. Once approved, our technologies do all the work for you!

If I am a current TrafficZ Parking client, can I use the same log-in credentials to access AdToolz? Yes. Once you log into your account at www.TrafficZ.com, you will see a tab at the top of the page that says AdToolz. Click the tab to get started.

Do I have to apply for the AdToolz feed on each of my webpages? Yes. Each webpage requires an approval for AdToolz. Once you have signed up for AdToolz, be sure to click "apply" for each website name that you add and fill out the required information and submit for approval.

How long does the approval process take? The approval process can take up to 7-10 business days. This may fluctuate on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified by email by a member of the AdToolz team when a decision has been determined.
